I'm getting married abroad, do you travel outside of the UK?How exciting! As an adventurer at heart, I absolutely love a destination wedding! Organising a makeup artist for your wedding abroad can seem like a daunting task. That's why I will organise all of my own flights, visa, travel, car hire, accommodation and kit, so you don't need to stress about any of that! I will also prepare a makeup schedule for your destination wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly once I'm there. Please do get in touch for a personalised quote for your big day!

What about the trial?Bridal trials are available during the off-peak season on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at my home studio in Bristol. Please note, weekends and bank holidays are reserved exclusively for weddings. Trials typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours. If your wedding is abroad, I can arrange to arrive a day or two before your wedding to complete your trial.
-
When should I book in my trial?I recommend we book in your trial 2 - 6 months prior to your wedding date. Trials take between 1.5 - 2 hours so please allow plenty of time.
-
Do I need to bring anything to my trial?I encourage you to wear something to your trial in a similar colour and neckline as your wedding outfit, this will really help us to visualise how your makeup will look on the day! I love to see your inspiration for your look so please do come armed with images of styles you would like to try out. Create a Pinterest board and get pinning! Get inspired here. I also love to see photos of your dress / outfit and anything else that will help us to imagine how the final look will come together.

Do you do trials for the wedding party as well?Of course! I'm more than happy to offer trials to anyone in your wedding party to have a practice run of their makeup for your wedding day! Wedding party trials are £75 per person and must be booked for the same day as your trial.

How long will you need on the wedding morning? My aim is to ensure your wedding morning runs as smoothly as possible! This is where having a makeup schedule is super important and is something that I will prepare for all of my wedding clients. Typically I allocate 45 minutes per wedding party makeup, with 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes for the bride. We will run through the schedule together at your trial to ensure we're on the same page with start & finish times.
-
How many people can you manage on the wedding morning? If you have a large wedding party, it's not a problem! I may need to bring one or more additional artists along to assist me on the wedding morning. One or more assistant artists will be required for the following bookings: - Where more than six adult makeup services are required - Where the venue has access time restrictions - Where the required makeup services are unable to be completed within a specific timeframe
-
Do you have a minimum booking requirement?Due to high demand, a minimum booking total of £525 (excluding travel & accommodation expenses), this applies to all wedding bookings from March - October, and throughout December. Bookings that do not reach the minimum on peak dates will still be charged at the equivalent minimum cost. Bank holidays are classed as peak.
-
How do I secure my wedding date in your diary?A booking is secure once a non-refundable booking fee of £100 has been paid. The booking fee covers the reservation of the date and any administrative costs related to supplying makeup services. This booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It will be deducted from the outstanding balance which is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. Due to high demand I am unable to hold any wedding dates in my diary and the date will remain open to other enquiries until the booking fee has been paid. If you would like to proceed with your booking you can do so via the link included in your quote email.
